  1. Refund for Business Listing Plans
    If you purchase a Business Listing Plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact us at thelocanzo@gmail.com with your order details and reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds are only applicable for Business Listing Plans and will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval.

  2. Non-Refundable Services
    Payments made for advertisement services are non-refundable. Once an advertisement campaign is launched, the payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please review your advertisement details carefully before making a payment.

  3. Product Returns
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it for a refund or replacement. To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue. Once the return is approved, the refund amount will be transferred to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

  4. Refund Processing Time
    Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
